- What is GradFest?
GradFest is one stop shopping where you may order Graduation Regalia, Announcements, Class Rings & Watches, and Diploma Frames. Also,
get your FREE sitting for your Cap and Gown portrait.
- When and where is GradFest?
GradFest takes place March 3rd from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.& March 4th from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the USD Bookstore.
- What if I can't make it to GradFest?
Order forms for Cap and Gown, Announcements, and Diploma Frames will still be available either in the bookstore or online after
GradFest.
- How much does it cost to order a cap and gown?
There is a $10.00 fee for Cap and Gown. Undergrads keep their cap, gown and tassel. Graduate and Law students must return their cap and gown immediately following the ceremony. There is a $100.00 fee for unreturned graduation regalia. The tassel is yours to keep.
- What is the final deadline for ordering a cap and gown?
In order to ensure we have your correct gown size orders must be received by April 30th.
Orders placed after April 30th will be accepted, however sizes cannot be guaranteed.
- Where do I pick up my cap and gown?
Caps and Gowns will be available for distribution in the Bookstore beginning May 3rd. Faculty regalia will be available beginning May 10th.
- What is the deadline for ordering announcements?
We recommend you order your announcements at least 4 weeks before graduation. The time to fill orders increases as we
get closer to graduation because the company is also filling orders from other schools.
- Where do I pick up my announcements?
Announcements are shipped direct from the printer to the shipping address listed on your order form.
- Where do I get my graduation tickets?
Tickets will be available at the Jenny Craig Pavilion Ticket Office beginning Monday, May 3rd and must be picked up by Friday, May 21st by 4 p.m. Tickets are not required for the Law School or Gradaute Commencement. For more information, please call (619) 260-7550.

- Is there a video of the ceremony available?
